In accordance with Article 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of September 8th, currently in force, in case of dispute or dissatisfaction with the service provided, the Second Party may resort to the alternative dispute resolution center for consumer disputes CACCL - Center for Consumer Conflict Arbitration of Lisbon with the website www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt, of which the Mediator is a member.
