The proximity of PrimeLand's headquarters to Parque das Nações makes the parish one of the most explored and well-known by our consultants and one of the most desired by our clients.

 

Perhaps this is the most modernized area of Lisbon, full of life, services, and leisure areas, taking great advantage of its privileged location along the Tagus River. Parque das Nações can be divided into two aspects.

 

On the one hand, the economic and entertainment aspect, since we can find numerous companies headquartered in the modern towers that make up the city's skyline; one of the largest shopping centers in the Lisbon metropolitan area, Vasco da Gama shopping center, Portugal's largest concert hall, Altice Arena; and much more, such as luxury hotels by the riverside, the Casino de Lisboa, and many restaurants, terraces, and rooftop bars.

On the other hand, the residential aspect, this area being one of the most valued in the Lisbon area. Here, we can find spacious apartments, mostly distinguished by their generous areas, good finishes, some with excellent outdoor areas, and even some gated communities.

All of this surrounded by many green areas, areas for sports (Paddle, Tennis, Soccer, Basketball, Skate, etc.), riverside promenades, and a vast network of bike paths.

 

In terms of access, the proximity to A1, IC2, and 2nd Circular makes Parque das Nações an excellent area. Oriente station provides train, metro, and bus access to virtually anywhere in the capital and surroundings.
